The rooms are pleasantly decorated and large, with balconies overlooking a sunny square. The beds are king-sized and come with many amenities. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast spread is varied and delicious.

The room is stylish and neat, comes with Terrace, a nice balcony plus which generally were king beds scooted apart an inch. Plus, the location is GREAT, minutes from Arles Amphitheatre.
As we remember, there was no lift.

The best thing about my stay was the absolutely brilliant location. It was so convenient being close to the train station and in the middle of the city. The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. They even helped us book a hire car for our visit to the caves of light. The view from our balcony was amazing, and we had a great time playing cards there. The room was spacious and clean, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The cigarette smoke coming into our room from the room opposite, despite there being no-smoking signs. It was a bit unpleasant at times.
